To start with yes I’m a mechanic have my own shop. I know what I’m doing. I bought this to save a buck on client with a budget (tight) jeep rebuild. Install went perfect until the jeep came back with transmission cooler fittings leaking. They leaked on the radiator not the hose fitting I installed. Had to take it completely back out, remove brass fittings and use an aggressive thread sealer on the brass fittings. Threads had a poor cut to them. Ate a lot of labor. Not happy. ... show more

When I installed it didn’t come with a piece or holes to put the old one on it. Lasted less than 2 years. I wouldn’t buy for a newer or low mileage vehicle but for half the price it’s ok for a vehicle that may only have a few years left.

Easy to install is subjective. After watching a few youtube videos I was able to complete it in a couple of hours. - Other option it so find a local mechanic to do the install while still saving money on a good radiator. It was well-packed and shipped on time.
