Radiator came very well packaged, no leaks, however, the pipes for the AT transmission cooling are smaller than the stock ones on a 2012 hyundai accent and required some tinkering to avoid transmission fluid leaks, reason why it’s a 4 stars, plan ahead and get some extra clamps for the transmission hoses, you will need them I had to use 2 extra ones to avoid leaks. ... show more

Arrived with a small hole in the box. What ever pierced the box did not damage anything. The biggest issue was how it was packaged. It was loosely wrapped in a single layer of thin bubble wrap. There were small packs of expanding foam in each of the four corners. The foam pack by the filler outlet had been pierced and foam had oozed into the overflow outlet and plugged it. I pulled the radiator out of the box and found the Transmission cooler hardware floating around loose, not secured or packed in a zip lock bag. At this point I didn't feel comfortable installing it. It just seemed cheaply constructed. I have installed radiators in other cars and this on felt inferior in construction. Also I didn't want to deal with the foam mess so I sent it back. Also I found a printed note loose in the box that said this was for off road competition use only...which I assume was their was of getting out of any warranty claims if it failed. I could not find any warranty information on this radiator. I ended up buying a more expensive radiator with a lifetime guarantee from Auto Zone. ... show more
