Some modification required since top right tab hole didn't line up with the condenser. Also the mounting slots for electric fan don't lone up. Radiator cap filler hole ends up being too close to the radiator support crossmember making radiator cap a pain to install. Easy to install is subjective. After watching a few youtube videos I was able to complete it in a couple of hours. - Other option it so find a local mechanic to do the install while still saving money on a good radiator. It was well-packed and shipped on time.

Installed in a 2007 Jeep Commander Nothing unusual about install. The radiator went in as it should. After topping off the reservoir, the fluid immediately started coming out from under the cap. I replaced the cap with a new one and I got the same result. Both radiator caps didn't feel like they fit real well. I asked the manufacturer if they had any recommendations. They have ignored the request saying that since Amazon fulfilled the order I had to work it out with them. Amazon said that it is past the 30 day return policy and to contact the manufacturer about their warranty. No response through the manufacturer or Amazon Services regarding the warranty request. The lower seal on the radiator cap appears to be doing it's job. I can drive the Jeep all day without anymore coolant coming out of the reservoir and the temperature stays constant. I just think the top seal on the cap doesn't seal properly on the top of the radiator. The sealing surface on the radiator looks clean without any scratches. So, I'm resolved to keep a gallon of coolant in the back of the Jeep for now. And, the reservoir level is less than the fill mark. I will think strongly against buying an automotive part like this from Amazon again. Lesson learned. ... show more

This radiator DID NOT have the OEM style fittings for the transmission cooler. The fittings were cast into the radiator and not correct. I decideded to buy a radiator from the parts store that was actually correct instead of getting adapters for this. Other than that, the build quality seemed fine. I didn't leak when I was flushing it, and was the correct dimensions. Some of the hardware was rusty right out of the package, but the radiator was undamaged. ... show more
