I ordered these for my 01 Dodge Dakota Sport. I pulled the old ones off just fine but the pictures for this product make them look like a single unit each. This is incorrect as they are identical to the OEM parts, with a couple exceptions. First, they're two pieces each, as are OEM parts. Second, the passenger side housing has the turn signal connector lock 90° off from where they should be. Third, the durability of the adjustment screws is garbage - the slightest bit of tension and they strip out. Aside from bad hardware and a mislocated connector port, these were simple to install. The smoke color lenses keep my LED "bulbs" from being overwhelmingly bright. I have noticed zero moisture inside in the time that I've had them. ... show more

I’ll start with what went right: the driver-side assembly was mostly okay. There were a couple of nuances with no instructions, like needing to change the headlight nut, but it disassembled similarly to OEM for replacing the running/turn signal bulbs. It does sit a little shorter than the original, leaving a small gap above the light, but this is an older utility truck, so I could live with that. The passenger side is where this turned into a problem. The turn signal/running light bayonet mounts are backwards compared to both the OEM passenger-side housing and the new driver-side housing. On the original, the connectors point inward and there is only one way to insert them. On this new passenger-side housing, the bulb sockets clock in the opposite direction. At first I thought that might be okay as long as the wiring reached, and it does. But the housing cannot be reassembled correctly because the headlight supports interfere with the plug in that orientation. The physical plastic support on the back of the housing hits the wide part of the connector. Since this is an old beater truck, I tried to make it work by trimming a little of the support for clearance. That solved the connector interference, but created another problem: I still cannot get the third mounting bolt back into the assembly because the connector now covers that area at the wrong angle. As a result, the housing will not mount cleanly and has a lot of slop. This is not a minor fitment issue. The passenger-side assembly appears to have the socket/bayonet orientation wrong, which prevents proper installation without modifying the part, and even then it still does not mount correctly. I would not recommend this set unless the manufacturer corrects the passenger-side mold/socket orientation. ... show more

That's are great head light I had them on my 1997 Dodge Dakota and I hit a tree running about 35 miles he and I hit it on the head light and it did not bust the turn single part did

The fit is perfect. It was a bit difficult to install, but that's just Dodge - nothing to do with the assembly itself. Alignment is easy, just needs a philliphead screwdriver. So far, no moisture in the lens - it has vents on the rear to prevent moisture buildup. Clarity is great, I paired it up with Silverstar Ultra headlight bulbs from Walmart. Only issue I had with the assembly was the clips that hold the rubber trim. They're frail plastic and two of them broke off during installation after barely moving the rubber piece. But, doesn't affect the use or purpose. Also, orange bulbs aren't needed - lower half is tinted slightly to give the white bulbs the appearance of being tinted orange. The units look good it took me a while to put them in because of my mom got sick and I wasn't able to the left side went in fine no problems but the right side turn signals were cut wrong he turns it will bulb sockets were turned the wrong way I compared them to the old ones that came out of it and yes one of the above sockets was turned wrong and it's only on the right side the other side was fine so after some finagling I got it in but it put a strain on the wires other than that they look great the only problem is the headlights I had in the old ones were working fine the headlights are just super cloudy and one on the left hand side had a broken bracket so now these headlights that are less than 6 months old only half high beams and that will be the went bad just that quick and since no lights came with these I had to order new ones and I guess they'll be here Monday I mean the product look good except for that one flaw so you need to check your casting or how are we all do it for the right hand side because they don't work ... show more
