The packaging was undamaged and secure, but the battery itself appears to have been used. It at least holds a charge for now, but I couldn't even screw it in all the way because some of the holes weren't lining up. I'll probably look elsewhere if I need to replace this again.

Existing XPS 13 9635 battery won't charge. Best Buy Geek Squad estimate was battery cost plus $40 service as well as I need to go twice, to place the order and then go to change,notvery efficient. Dell, I need to ship and their charge is high too. I wasn't comfortable shipping laptop with personal data. Watched few videos on how to replace battery and process looked pretty simple, thought I would give a go. Ordered this battery, package came on time with 2 set of screw drivers with magnetic hold. Successfully replaced and so excited when it powered on. Took less than 10mins. I laid the screws closer to the direction that I removed so same screw goes in. Very organized, indeed! It had 64% power... now I need to calibrate as per instructions. Vary happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend this battery for XPS 13 9635. ... show more
