This is such a versatile first aid kit. I got this for my truck. I also carry a rucksack with me so it’s easy to attach this either Velcro or by the loops it has everything you need for basic first aid it also has other emergency products like reflective blanket, ponchos, glow sticks, bracelet with a whistle, compass and para cord with a built-in knife or blade. This also comes with a switchblade. This will most likely stay in my truck as my kids do sports and we tend to be outdoors a lot. it is definitely a high-quality bag. I love that it opens up all the way and there’s little spots inside to hook the knife on and other things in their place. Cool thing about this one is you can add to it as it has extra space and loops to hook things onto too. I’ll probably be adding a rechargeable flashlight, a charge pack and some emergency snacks.

So lets make this short and sweet... at the current price of $15, this kit is an absolute steal. At that price, I'd actually challenge you to find the pieces of the kit, individually, for that price, much less already bundled together. Is this a great quality kit? No. Are the tools fantastic? No. However, when an emergency hits, you not only use what is at hand, but you make many things work. Could this kit have included a higher quality knife? Sure.. more paracord? definitely... more bandages and such? Absolutely. But, this kit isn't meant to be a long term solution for anything, nor is it meant to be an expensive kit.. it's meant to be easy to carry around, in your car, purse, on a belt.. and get you through small problems. For that, at this price, it's an absolute bargain, and you'd be crazy to not get one. Absolutely recommended, without any qualms.

First off you get a good quality molle pouch, it’s large, looks good, and has good stitching. Inside is a great basic first aid kit for minor cuts and scrapes, plenty of adhesive bandages, alcohol wipes, ointments etc. The included knife has a sharp blade, there’s a multi tool that is thin enough to fit in a wallet, you get some paracord and glow sticks. At the $15.99 price I don’t know how you can build one yourself, even from a dollar store it just doesn’t seem possible. I’m glad I ordered one to keep in the car, might order another for the wife’s car.

This First Aid Kit is just as advertised. It contains all the items you need for very minor injuries like scrapes, small cuts, and bruises. It is handy to keep in the car or on the boat or anywhere you can quickly get to better medical attention if required. The best thing about this kit is the container itself. It is a large heavy duty nylon bag with many attachments so that it can be carried various ways. The para cord and other survival gear are worth the cost alone. Overall, a very good item.

When they say 278pcs, about 100 of those are tiny cotton balls and maybe 100 bandaids. The rest is really what matters, and to me it's worth $20 for a decent bag and a couple of other useful items. Throw in a tourniquet, a splint, extra bandages and some OTC meds and you've got yourself a good starter emergency kit.

This first aid survival kit turned out to be better than I expected. It comes with all the essentials. The included items are not of the highest quality but everything is functional and more than adequate in an emergency situation. Even the compass works! It's a little on the larger side so it's probably not something that I would take hiking but it's definitely something that I'll keep in my vehicle. Like all survival gear, I hope I never have to use it but I'm happy to have it.
