I do the adult paint by numbers every night when my daughter goes to sleep. I had been using my coffee table but my back and neck took a beating from that so I needed to find something else to use. At first I was going to upgrade my coffee table to one of the pull-up ones because those are super cool, however, I have some commitment issues when it comes to home decor (cough cough, just in general, cough cough) so I didn't want to buy a $300 table just to find out that there was something else out there, or just to have to move and then not use it anymore. So I decided I would buy an adjustable table like this one instead so I could raise it up to be at the height I needed it to not strain my back and neck while I paint. And it worked! It's the perfect height, too. It's feet can slide under my couch and the table top fits perfectly over the arm of the couch, so when I'm not using it I can turn it into a side table. It's pretty sturdy, just don't let your children lean on it (almost had an issue with that, but now she knows to use it to put THINGS on, not her whole self on.) 10/10 would recommend, especially for someone who needs a moveable table that can be tucked to the side, or to do painting on every now and then. ... show more

    • Doesn’t last, wheels get stuck. Particle board easily breaks away from screws/metal legs
I would not buy this again. It only lasts if you don’t move it. If you move it (which you kinda HAVE to do…) the legs don’t move well because the particle board bends and eventually breaks. Had 2, both are in the trash. Very disappointed.

This reminds me of the things you buy in an open air market in China. Granted, it may not make it into the royal palace, but it is quite functional as described. It took me about 10 mins to assemble -- from carefully cutting it out of the box to having an assembled table. With this kind of furniture, you have to be very careful NOT TO OVER TORQUE! Even a quarter turn too much and it will snap the anchors out of place. Start with hand tighten and work your way from there. Again, with this kind of open air market furniture, the instructions are one page and there are no words. Look through all the pictures first and then proceed. The last thing you want to do is screw the wrong size screw into these anchors. When trying to fix the mistake, it may not make it! Really, you have one chance to get it right. Once assembled, I found the table sturdy and level. I would say you have to be a little careful rolling it around because the table is engineered with only two legs. No problem on my hardwood, but the casters are too small for most carpet. The casters do have locks to keep the table in place. I placed my extra large, 40 pound, trinket store buddha man in the center (see picture) of the table and the table didn't buckle or move. So I think it's solid enough for most light duty types of work (laptops, crafts, food). Using it for an automotive repair table, where you would slam car batteries, alternators, and gallons of oil on it.... I think would be very bad for this table's longevity. I am using it as a supplemental office table and it is doing fine. As far as value, I think if I saw this table in person at a store, I wouldn't have paid what I did for it.
