The outer material has a sleek look and does a great job repelling light moisture. Very disappointed with quality of jacket. I had bought this jacket for the last couple of years for my grand daughter’s birthday. This year when the weather got cold she wore the jacket 1 one time and now has a rip under the pocket and bc I bought it early when we realized this o could not return.
