The box says “New” and just by looking at how dirty the box is you can tell it’s not new. Opened it and there’s no accessories - no protect case, no charger, it only has the camera and 2 devices connecters. The camera itself is in a bad condition, having dirty marks and scratches everywhere. I can accept it if it works fine even if it’s being used, but after charging it using my own type c charger I CANT EVEN TURN ON THE CAMERA!! It always powers up briefly, where I can clearly see from the screen that it has 50% battery, then the power light turned red and it turned off. The product can’t even do a SINGLE job that I’m expecting it to do. I almost feel humiliated getting such a crap while paying $250+!! so JUST DONT BUY IT!!! ... show more

Love this camera. I am a DJI believer. Their drones and pocket cameras are top of the line. This camera has been great. Very clear and crisp 4k, 1080p, slow motion, time lapse, panoramic shots, photos, active track… like I said amazing.

The item, arrived late, on the day of my departure for a trip, which is why I purchased the camera. Never the less I was relieved bc I really wanted to have it for my trip. I opened the box, turned on the camera and NOTHING!!! The gimbal cycles a couple of times and then the screen displays an error message. UUUGGGGHHHHH! ... show more

It works but I have to program it. It didn't come with a charger or the adapters (which is the most important parts). I had to purchase them separately so Im not sure its working until I get the adapter. Will update
