Bought this because it was the highest rated beginner drone on CNET. Was excited that this arrived several days ahead of expected date. Took it out, hooked up chargers to the drone battery and the controller, went out and bought a micro SD card while waiting for the drone to reach full charge. Downloaded the app, had no problem connecting to the drone, but the drone was never "renewed" or refurbished. I could not even take off, flight checklist screen shot is attached. I have requested a replacement, we'll see what happens. If customer service is good and the next unit works, I'll update my rating. If not, then this one will stand. ... show more

Can no longer use because it's banned for use, and not sure what to do from here. and as a first timer it was a bit difficult to use and understand, you may need somone more experienced to help. You have to register it and all. not very tech savvy.
