My combo came with an extra set of sticks and they were lost at some point. I ordered these and they are identical to the ones I still have. You do, however, need to recalibrate the joysticks during the first use. The controller recognized the new sticks as being new.

I purchased these on a gamble since they looked similar to the enterprise smart controller for the Matrice 300. These are not advertised to work. They are in fact the same ones. I have been researching with how to get them otherwise and would have to call customer support every time with DJI. This saves me so much effort. I just wanted to confirm that these knobs will screw in to the Autel controller for my Autel Lite + drone (same controller used for the Lite and Nano). They are however smaller (thus 4 stars here) but usable. I only have them in my bag as spares to be used in a pinch if the factory knobs disappear sometime, but am confident I could fly with them no problem. The rubber ring on one of them is a bit loose.
