The baskets themselves are fairly sturdy but the brackets that slide over the top of the shelf are flimsy, causing the back part of the basket to sag. The forward end of the basket fits snugly to the shelf, but the rear end dangles a half inch to an inch below. This only gets worse when placing items on the shelf. I tried flexing the brackets inward to create a tight fit against the shelf, but the brackets are just not thick enough to support the weight of the basket, let alone the contents within it. Good concept and price, but poor design. I recommend a product with a thicker bracket design. ... show more

Bought these as an experiment and they're okay in my opinion. When you unpackage these, you unfold them and clip the back portion onto the sides, then slip a plastic retainer on so that the back doesn't accidentally slip off(which, once slid on a cabinet, the back just can't slip off). Sturdiness is a bit wobbly, but with storage inside they're plenty strong enough to hold contents. On a scale of 0-10 I'd give it a 7.5. ... show more

I recently replaced a large cabinet with a smaller one and discovered there was no room for the binders of recipes that I've collected over the years. I put these under the bottom shelf in my pantry and they work great. Would also work for rolls of foil, plastic wrap, etc.
