This package is nice, the accessories was the selling point over the basic combo. the software and sd card is a plus. It comes with a backpack, however, I expected it to be custom made for the drone. not so much, it is just a generic backpack. It is a quality backpack, just not designed for the drone. This combo doesn't come with a charger, I suggest getting a 100w charger, you'll thank me. UPDATE: Purchased this 11/24/2023 Tried to download the software, the codes did not work. Been working with the seller for the past couple of months, they seem nice enough but keep passing the buck. Last I heard was they were getting their tech department on it. That was the first week of January. They haven't contacted me since, seems like I'm getting the old " ignore him and he'll go away" treatment. This is such a great upgrade for me from the phantom 4, mavic pro,and the mini 2. The picture quality is awesome I used it the last 2 nights to get awesome pictures of the Northern Lights. I have had trouble getting the software but that is what it is. The landing pad is great for when I took it up in the mountains, and the back pack I haven't used but seems like it would be alright. ... show more

For starters the order didn't include everything ad said. no video programs. Secondly the charging hub for batteries didn't work. Then second time I took it out the RC-2 controller failed. Split screen into thirds, gave remote error message and then crapped out altogether. Fortunately I have enough experience with drones to get it back safely. I saw where same seller is operating on Walmart. All feedback is negative there. I am certain this seller put together a package of used and defective merchandise here just like on Walmart. After a lot of research, I purchased this DJI Air 3 Fly More kit. On the advice of a friend, I also ordered the DJI Battery Charger (not included in this kit.). Set-up was super easy. Linking the controller to the Air 3, peice of cake. After charging the batteries, I was ready to fly. Had to update the firmware for both controller and Air 3 but everything flowed perfectly - thanks to on-screen guidance from DJI. After registration with FAA, and learning more about safe flying and applicable regulations, first flight went smoothly. Very good experience over-all. ... show more

The drone itself and equipment works great. The software that comes along with it, not so much. The software requires site keys and activation codes not included with this package. I tried calling their support line which continues to say no support agents available. I called the sales department and the guy on the phone said he doesn't know anything about the software stuff and I needed to call tech support. I informed him the same info as stated above, and he said oh well try again later. The support staff is non existent and the sales guy was rude. I have not been able to utilize the software's that came with this bundle. I would warn you to buy something without the software's included. ... show more
