We're excited to give this journaling set to one of my young nieces, who likes doing this kind of stuff. It's a unicorn-themed set with lots of inspirational words inside and plenty of accessories to make dazzling journal entries that will last a lifetime. I like these kinds of activities because they keep kids away from screens for a while and truly stimulate creativity. It's the type of activity that can be done solo or with a parent or friend. No matter how girls put together the pages, or with whom, it's a worthwhile activity that will create and capture golden memories. I ordered this for an 11 year old, such a difficult age to get surprises for. They're in that in between stage of being too old and not old enough. She's into drawing and pens and I thought this would be a good start for journaling and scrapbooking. She loves unicorns and this DIY kit is perfect for her. It includes a spiral bullet journal to let her express herself. Though I don't bullet journal, I love them and think it's a great way to teach organization to kids.
