Description
Avoid expensive repairs to cracks in your foundation by fixing them yourself using Flexomeric crack repair kits for foundations and basements. Flexomeric includes only the highest-quality concrete crack repair materials in its repair kits in order to insure that you successfully fill in cracks completely from the inside of the foundation wall through to the outside. The Flexomeric FLEXKIT-200 contains 2 single component, low viscosity, high quality crack repair resin, crack surface paste and port adhesive, and ports needed to repair up to 8' long, 1/16" thick concrete foundation crack in an 8" thick wall. Flexomeric Crack Repair Resins can be injected into an actively leaking crack as it chemically reacts with water and bond to concrete to form a water- tight, flexible gasket through the entire wall thickness, eliminating any future leaks, guaranteed. Application is easy enough for even novices to do it like a pro. Please note that the kit does not include an injection gun and spray bottle, which are required for application.

Great product great customer service
I had over 10 basement leaks in our poured concrete basement walls. Some were addressed by the former owner but did not seem to keep the water out. One estimate was close to $30,000 to do extensive work. Another company wanted about $9,000 to strap the walls from the inside. Although I was a novice, I have had great success with this product. It fills the crack from the inside and the seal penetrates through the 8" thick wall to the outside. The seal looks like expanded foam but feels like rubber. I was a little messy at first but with experience, got better. There were 2 types of product, one is for regular cracks, the other is for hairline cracks. When some of the thinner material leaked past the seal of the caulk gun, I contacted the company by email and later on the phone. They were VERY helpful and spent over an hour talking to me. They also replaced the product that leaked past the caulk gun. From my experience, even the regular product made its way through the small cracks and that is probably what I would order if I needed more. Since I bought both products, I will repeat this review for both. Watch the Flexomeric video.

Excellent product, very high quality, worth every penny!
Amazing product!!!!! Does exactly what they say it does! Follow the directions. I used a hammer drill to put holes along the crack but you don’t have to. Can use the compound that you mix to seal the outside. It dries as hard as a rock! I suggest letting it dry for 24 hours before injecting the caulk. The kit provides everything from gloves to mixing sticks and everything in between. I mixed the compound on cardboard and just threw it away. Fantastic product. Would MOST DEFINITELY order again!!!! Fix the cracks with this stuff and be done. WELL WORTH THE MONEY VERY HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT!!!!!!!! Thank you!

Mixed Results
Had a crack at the top of my poured concrete foundation that narrowed to a hairline crack towards the bottom. On days with significsnt amounts of rain, I would get a small amount of water on basement floor. Mostly just a discoloration, but ine time there actually was pooled water. Bought this to help seal up and prevent water ingress. First step indicated cleaning the wall. I didnt haave any loose paint or concrete, but wanted to follow directions to make sure the adhesive would stick, so took a wire brush in my cordless drill and ran it up and down the wall a few times. Mixed the epoxy and installed the ports. Relatively straight forward, but a bit hard to spread evenly and seal around the ports - given the epoxy cures pretty rapidly. This step was pretty messy - even being careful, it was everywhere - from mixing cardboard, to the spatula, to a few drips on the wall - once it gets on gloves - everything sticks! Finished the ports up the wall, then sealed between them. Again, pretty sticky and messy. Definitely put down an old cloth or large garbage bag on the floor. On a positive, it was easy to mix and easy to spread. Seemed to cure/stick very quickly. Next step (the following day) was to flush the crack with water. Directions that I saw showed using a spray bottle of water. I couldnt get any flow from port to port - even in the top section with a much larger crack. I used thin wire to make sure the ports were not sealed with the epoxy on the back side, etc. I moved to a small flushing bulb - none. Water everywhere, but none coming out of the ports. Even tried a plastic syringe. Gave up on flushing - and moved to the epoxy. I had placed the tube in a bucket of hot water to thin out even more, put it in my caulk gun, attached the tip and the tubing, and started at the bottom port. No flow. Maybe the crack was too small, not sure. Kept pressure from the gun on the port for several minutes per instructions, hoping it would "seep" in. The resin started leaking - both out of the back of the cartridge, dripping down the handle of the gun, but also around the plastic tubing/port connection. An absolute mess. Continued doing this up the wall - the bottom 7 ports all behaved the same way. I was able to inject a little bit into the top 3 ports - but never saw resin come out of the adjacent port. Finally gave up - used a roll of paper towels to absorb all of the resin from the wall and floor - and threw everything away. Now trying to sort out how to remove the epoxy and ports from the wall - looks like a lot of scrapping! Will see if there is any improvement - felt like a lot of effort (and reasonably expensive) for most of it to run out on the floor. Maybe useful for larger cracks, but didnt seem to work very well for a hairline crack.

Biggest waste of money since the pet rock
This is the biggest waste of money since the pet rock. Not easy to use, messianic a complete was of money. I bought this for a hairline crack in my basement wall. It did not work so I moved on to a half inch crack I hadn't another wall thinking that maybe it would work on a larger crack. I follow the instructions to the letter and neither application worked. Severely disappointed.

Great product
This worked great and I haven't had a drop of water in my basement and we've had a ton of rain. I have a floor to ceiling crack in my basement walls. I did have to buy extra filler, but it was still sooooo much cheaper than having it fixed.
