I am updating my review, adding one star. My original review is below. After using it a bit more, I realize it is useful for light-duty scraping, as long as you don't use it for anything that requires much pressure. I had been hoping to be able to use it like I use a metal scraper, but I think that was too much to ask. I would be happier if it were stronger, but it was inexpensive, so I guess I can't expect too much. And it does come with plenty of replacement blades. Also, I wanted to put in a good word for the seller. After I posted my original review, they emailed me to offer a refund. That was a pleasant surprise, and much more than I would expect! Original review: I tried to use this to remove some old double-sided tape from the side of a shelf. With the very first stroke, the blade snapped. Once the blade is broken, it is very hard to remove, although I did finally manage to pry it out. But I couldn't use it to scrape the tape, so, it was worse than worthless in that case. Later, I used it to scrape some paint off of a plastic cutting board, and for that it worked OK. So, I'd say it is OK to use for very light duty scraping, but for anything heavier, forget it. ... show more

Works awesome. If labels have been on for a super long time may need to use goo gone as well. But definitely does not damage equipment.
