These were vastly superior to anything I’ve used in the past - wish I had got something like this before it left a super clean metal face for a new gasket. Used them on an aluminum intake too - gotta be careful but it worked great on it too.

The media could not be loaded. Carbide super scraper will come in handy in the wood work shed. Plan to use ut to safely remove excess glue from boards ive glued and dried. Sturdy handle and end section. Sheet comes with it explaining how to yse it. X value for money.

    • If you want a straight scraper, DONT buy these.
I knew better than to order these. I figured it was for a small project at the house so they didn’t have to be perfect. Well, carbide isn’t remotely straight, if it’s even carbide. Pretty much useless unless you spend time filing it square. I don’t have the patience to fix something brand new. Spend the money on a name brand, like lisle, and save yourself the headache. Lesson learned……Again! ... show more

    • It doesn't work.
It's easily to scratch the surface, but it doesn't scrap rtv off. The edge of the scraper is not smooth. It's pretty poor quality tool.

    • Gasket removal
Removed 58 year old gaskets off of cast aluminum gear box w/ these tools . Tunsten edges remained smooth and firm. Old gasket cleaned off with easy pressure. Tool fit most hands, I assume. Tool was very functional.
