This was for my 2yr old as he’s been curious about how the stethoscopes work. He was amazed once he heard his own heartbeat! They can be cleaned easily but the war pieces don’t detach so I recommend sanitizing it with wipes or such when sharing. I bought this for my niece. She is able to pull the metal ear part from the tubing so I added a little glue. The plastic ear pieces are very uncomfortable and the stethoscope picks up every other noise in addition to a heartbeat. Great as a toy but not for much else.
