This works very well. My husband’s blood pressure machine was too big for me and I couldn’t find a smaller cuff. This one is perfect for me, but there’s enough length in the cuff that will probably fit most men also. This one is quieter than most and it’s efficient and easy to use. The monitor comes in a small, string-tie black bag that carries the monitor, cuff, and an instruction manual to help you set it up and put the cuff on correctly. In my experience, it has been accurate in reading my blood pressure. It is recommended to sit for 5 minutes in a relaxed but posturally correct manner before taking a reading. Functionally, it is easy to use, with a set button to keep track of who is using the monitor as A or B, before turning on the monitor. Pressing "mem" shows previous blood pressure reading, and the number of times it has been taken in the past if you continue to press "mem". Its as easy to turn on and off with a start/stop button. So the design makes the whole thing easy to understand, and use. When the cuff is placed and sized correctly, it is comfortable to wear. It gives a small squeeze for a bit, but should quickly lose pressure after the reading. You should be able to fit a finger in the top part of the cuff near your shoulder, when you initially put the cuff on. ... show more
