I was trying to buy something relatively inexpensive to get through my last 1.5 years of school. I should have known something was wrong when nothing came assembled, even the cuff. The manometer doesn't move at all and remains on 0 until the cuff is absurdly tight. Probably tight enough to amputate the limb (not really, but horribly tight). When it gets to this point, the manometer only reads around 80 mmHg. I tried troubleshooting using the enclosed manual, but it didn't help at all. I also tried returning it and can't. It redirects you to troubleshooting on your own (which I already tried) and ends with a blank page. Maybe mine is defective? I don't know. Since I can't return or replace the product, I'll never know. ... show more
