I got this pretty purchase. After two & half weeks of regular use, the strap broke. I was offered a replacement. I got the replacement in 2 days! The purse is still going strong after months of regular use. It is easy to clean with warn soapy water and a paper towel.

My boyfriend ordered this for me for our anniversary and I love it! The details are are amazing and size is normally bigger than what I normally carry, but I love that I can put all my normal stuff I take to work or go out in it and no have to carry a separate bag. It's really sturdy too!

I love Loungefly. They have adorable items, and this purse is definitely super cute. The handles tho… they’re ripping at the seams. I use the shoulder strap a lot, but the handles are extremely warn for the fact that I’ve only had this bag a few months and use the shoulder strap more than the handles. I’m a little upset since these bags usually aren’t this inexpensive and it’s a popular brand. I refrain from using the handles at this point as I’m afraid the seems will detach at any moment. ... show more
