  • It is used A LOT!
Bought it for a 3 1/2 granddaughter that cannot stop using it.

  • The figure is not clear on the ceiling. On the wall, up close, it looks good.

  • Eh!
The book has beautiful colors, a nice hard cover, a cute little projector. However, the reading is a lot for a preschooler, there are only 4 slides per disk 5 disks in total in which some are repetitive and not very interesting. I feel like there is not enough slides for the amount of reading done. Definitely not something a child can do on his/her own if under 7-8 if that’s what you are interested in. You have to read a good amount before switching slides, while following the slide numbers so you know when to manually switch each disk or slide. The idea is cute but is too much multitasking for a quick read or a child to do in their own. Wouldn’t recommend unless you or your child is patient. ... show more

  • Terrible Book
I don’t know how this book has a 4.5 rating. When you click on the 5 stars (which are evidently the majority), there isn’t a single comment. Seems incredibly misleading. This book is awful for a bunch of reasons. 1. It has to be fairly dark to see the projections, but if it’s dark, you can’t see the words in the book. Very poor execution. 2. Each slide has 4 pictures, but they’re not evenly spaced. You have to read 2 pages of text before you even go to the next picture, but then the next 3 pictures are right on top of each other, sometimes within the same paragraph. 3. There’s way too much detail for a book that doesn’t even have enough pages to conclude. King Agnar’s whole backstory is unnecessary when the story ends before Elsa even gets to Ahtohollan. It’s like someone got really lazy and decided that was enough. It ends with ellipses!! 4. Given the points above, $20 is far too expensive. ... show more

  • Dim and not clear
Very disappointed, pretty much your just buying a book, nothing eles works, can barely see any of projections

  • Nice but needs a fastener for the light holder
this is really neat, but the holder for the lamp is not connected to any fasteners so it just tears right off the book. The Nemo one has Metal fasteners that keep it connected to the back of the book

  • Great concept, poorly made slides
I have purchased and returned this product several times thinking it was a fluke that the slides this book come with were very blurry. But every book has been this way. It's a great idea, but poorly made and definitely a disappointing. Expect to see blurry images projected that barely resemble the characters they are to portray. ... show more
