9Pack Dishwasher Safe Reusable Storage Bags Stand Up - BPA Free PEVE Reusable Sandwich Bags -Leakproof Reusable Freezer lunch Bags, Silicone Food Storage Bags I had never heard about reusable food storage bags made of PEVA before, but these seemed to be worth trying. We have tried a number of silicone bags, but have yet to find any that we love. These are very different from the silicone food bags I have ordered in many several positive ways: * They are thinner and more flexible. * They can stand upright for filling and have a wide opening. There are also measurement lines on each bag. * The set includes several bags in three useful sizes. * They seal easily and tightly without any leaking. They stay sealed. * They are freezer and refrigerator safe. * They are less expensive than silicone bags. Although I do prefer these to my silicone bags, there are a few drawbacks: * Although they are supposedly dishwasher safe, the highest recommended temperature for their use is 150F and it is recommended to remove them from the machine before the drying cycle. While my dishwasher does not have a high heat drying cycle, the water temperature of the final rinse is higher than 150F. You should check your manual before putting the bags in your washer as many models get hotter during the rinse cycle (not the washing cycle) where they sanitize. * You cannot microwave food in the bags. While these bags might not completely replace silicone reusable bags, they seem just as durable. I recommend them as a great alternative to disposable bags.

This is a great set of bags. I really like the closures on these, as they are quite thick and require enough force to open them that there's no risk of opening accidentally. The material is relatively thick, so I feel like they'll hold up well over time. So far, none have held onto odors from food. I should note that, while these are dishwasher safe, I will only handwash these bags to extend their longevity. Overall, I'm super happy with these, and have yet to find any issues with them. Definitely a solid choice if you're in the market for some reusable bags.

I love these bags! They actually keep veggies and lettuce especially fresher for longer. Using a regular bag they still wilt quite even with the paper towel in. These are easy to wash up and even dish washer safe! I brought a few of the smaller bags with some fruit to work all the time, and I absolutely love them for that. You could honestly use them for anything you use a typical ziploc for.
