This wax makes a great wax melt. Everyone complains about it being hard to cut, I just got a sharp butcher knife and it worked fine. I melted it to 195 degrees. I used a 9% fragrance load. I added color and fragrance at 185 degrees. I let it cure for two days and tested it and it has an excellent scent throw. One thing I recommend is not putting it at to low of a temp bc it will harden in your pour pitcher and then make your tops of your Wax melt all gooey and leave bubbles. Pour at about 165 degrees and that leaves a smooth finish and makes your pour pitcher easier to clean. It does take a bit of work to clean up. But overall, I plan on using this for my wax melts! I included a pic of some testers I was working on and they have super smooth finishes!

Direct Candle Supply never disappoints! This wax was formulated using their container coco-soy wax (which is phenomenal for candles). I used 10% fragrance load and tested in 10 days. Outstanding! I may even suggest lowering to 9%. Wax is VERY hard. They’re coming out with pastilles! I had to use a flat head screwdriver and mallet to break apart and add to my wax melter. Beautiful color… the outcome is truly divine!!!!

this wax was exactly what i needed. only issue was that it came in 2 blocks that has to be cut and it was very hard to cut. I actually bent the tool i was using. Other than that it was fine.

This wax seems easy to work with. It melts nicely, cleans up easily, and is not too hard to cut up. With that being said, I do have to agree with other reviews in this stream. A pamphlet with instructions is included, however, this particular wax is not listed. After visiting the company website, I still ended up having to guess and estimate the fragrance oil load amount. I'm a new candle maker, so this wasn't fun for me. In the end, my wax tarts did turn out nice and smelled great after using approximately 10% fragrance load. I would really like to see the company address these questions that several of us have mentioned here before I purchase more. Thank you. Update: After searching a little more on company website, I was able to find that the fragrance load for this particular wax is between 6% and 12%. I hppe this helps anyone else who may have questions. It really is a excellent wax and comes out of molds so easily. Needless to say, I ordered more!
