I believe this is the only thing that tells an ADHD brain to turn off at night after having medicine. It is the only thing that helps my son, sleep peacefully and falls asleep within 20 minutes of taking it most nights. He is very sensitive to taste and texture and most gummy’s have a sugar coating on them but these don’t they taste just like they say they should it’s just like a gummy every night before bed.

I am a night owl with a day job. For most of my life I've had trouble falling asleep at night, as well as staying asleep. I've tried different methods to fall asleep but nothing worked reliably. This is what led me to trying a bottle of Melatonin from the drug store. I was surprised when it worked but still not as well as I hoped. I tried a couple different brands and finally came across the flavored Dippin' Dots Strawberry Sunset Creme Melatonin gummies. Not only were they delicious 😋 but they worked. Taking two at a time each evening a few hours before my bedtime and going to bed at the same scheduled time is what it took. And even though I wake up briefly in the middle of the night I am able to fall back asleep in a few minutes. I recommend this product.

I have an extremely hyperactive son with autism who would never sleep if it wernt for these gummies. At first I was afraid of giving them to him and cut them in half and they still worked. Over the years as his tolerance grows so does his dose. But im still ok with that because he's still under the recommended dose from his doctors point of view. We tried so many kinds of gummies. He hated them all. If it wasn't the taste it was the texture or he would be to groggy the next day. But not with these! They're the perfect texture and taste for him! If you're having trouble getting your kiddos to sleep, try these. You won't be disappointed.

They work well ! My husband took 2 last night . He usually wakes up a few times a night. Not last night! He’s also a early early riser, but it 6:43am he’s still sleeping!
