I add this to my hair before bed. I have very thick/curly hair. It is light, not heavy feeling and very smooth brushing through hair. I also add to my dry feet and cover with socks before bed to help with smooth the very dry/rough areas. I have had this for about 2 weeks now and I love it. I had never used grapeseed oil before. I've been using essential oils for I would say 25 years, and my mother also raised me to be able to identify the difference since I was 7 or 8 and I am now 40. We got our oils from Salem, where we would shop around and talk to people with more experience than us. Online shopping has made it so I have access to oils I never would have otherwise have. Helichrysum has what I would call a Saturnal smell, like something you'd put in a Saturn oil so like Lime, Myrrh, Cypress. If I had to choose one oil it should smell most like, it'd be Myrrh. This is more like Eucalyptus in scent. It smells bitter. HOWEVER, it does help a lot with pain, and is a good, cheap way to make a bath soak that really helps with pain! I'll probably be buying it again, but a star off for not smelling anything like it should. I think it is genuine, it's just what you get for the price-- this oil should be like 100 dollars for the amount you get. Add some pine to it to give the astringent scent a nicer edge and soak in it. I feel as if I breathe a bit better in the mornings when using this oil in my humidifier overnight so that likely means it is real as that's what oregano oil is supposed to do! Helpful note to qualify statement - humidifier is not far from my noggin, being a compact table-top one on my nightstand. I have a hard time giving this a good or bad review bc while i dont think its an inherently bad product, i think most people who buy this will be disappointed- I find the scent of jasmine tea and jasmine pearls to be the most comforting thing in the world, and i wanted to buy a jasmine oil to introduce that scent more into my everyday environment- however, this absolutely does not smell like what i, and im sure most people, associate with jasmine. Not only that but it does smells incredibly pungent and i would not consider the scent it has pleasant- i dont even know how i would describe it, its floral somewhat, but in a very overwhelming way, even when diluted. So do not buy this if youre looking for that typical jasmine scent. My caveat with this product is that if you want to use this for its medicinal properties then its pretty great. Something about how heavily concentrated it is seems to create a protective layer around scars that really aid in healing- i’ve tried a lot of natural products on my skin over the years and there is something specific to this that i cant even quite place, but is particularly healing. I have autoimmune scars on my leg that have been present for years and they even became less noticeable after applying the oil directly overnight (although im guessing direct application isn’t a recommended use bc of how concentrated this product is). The only downside for me of using it for this purpose is that the smell is incredibly strong and not one that i am fond of- like i mentioned-and permeates everything ... show more

The product arrived out of its box and the box was stain with oil leak. The bottle was still full so I guess it was little only but they should have a better packaging. It’s smells really good, the scent is relaxing. If you have an oil diffuser your home will smell like heaven if you like citrus smell. I would buy it again. ... show more
