I was looking for a medium or medium-firm pillow to support my neck for side-sleeping. (Without good support I get headaches, from an old whiplash injury.) I find even the best supportive pillows flatten out in about 2 or 3 months, so I'm always on the lookout for a new pillow. These pillows are described as medium firmness and some of the reviews said they provided good support so I decided to try one. Unfortunately, the pillows I received are very soft and provide very little support. I'm an average-sized woman, so I don't need any heavy-duty head or neck support, but my head immediately sank most of the way down to the bed with this pillow. This appears to be a quality pillow, nicely made with good materials, but really only suitable for those who like really soft, flat pillows. The description should have made that clear. ... show more

These were not comfortable pillows in my opinion. I have neck issues, and these were not the right pillows for me. There was very little support, and while the material was soft and cool, it's too slick to stay in a pillowcase.

Nice and comfortable but man my head gets hot. Used for several months now and I dont know what it is but my head gets really hot and I have to flip it over during the night to be able to sleep.

Where are all these 5 star reviews coming from? These pillows are absolutely awful. Fold a sheet a few times, put it under your head, and you have this pillow. What a waste of money!
