I actually saw some of these lights in action at local shops,that is why I ordered this one,but after it arrived DAMAGED / CRACKED I returned it for a full refund and when I physically touched it, it felt very flimsy and cheap so I did not request a replacement for that reason. After further thought I am completely avoiding ALL LED lights - if they fail, you must replace the COMPLETE UNIT and by the time it fails the chances are the SAME UNIT will not be for sale, so you will basically have to start from scratch and if your having to pay an electrician each time you will be paying FAR MORE for a LED light than you ever would for a lighting fixture that takes standard bulbs REMEMBER you can buy standard bulbs that are LED based and in the long term, that will be the most economical, nicest and cheapest way to have an outstanding LIGHT FIXTURE. UNTIL there is a "STANDARDIZATION" set for FLUSH LED lights where you can easily replace JUST THE LIGHT ( not the entire fixture ) I am completely avoiding this style of Lighting. ... show more

Simple, elegant, excellent range of color and brightness. Setting the color isn't clear from instructions on box. If you turn ON-OFF-ON within 7 seconds, the color changes. I had three lights in parallel on one circuit and they were out of sync for color because the electrician tested one before completing the installation of all three. The fix was to disconnect that one while the power was on and reconnect it until it was in sync, which presents a shock hazard if you don't know what you're doing. ... show more

Pretty great but... wish you could set the brightness and it stays. I have toddlers that like to turn on and off the light quickly so the setting just recycles so sometime we need to put it back to the setting we want them to have.

This black low profile LED ceiling light from Taloya looks impressive and sleek, but unfortunately did not work at all. As promised, this did wire up easily, but it would not work. Electrician tested the unit and found it to be defective. Sad situation because it looked so nice, I loved the no-dust flush mount- but since it doesn't work its useless. For the price, I feel that there could be much better quality control than to send a defective unit. Would not recommend. ... show more
