I love this diffuser. I bought 1 and once I realized how pretty it was and how great they worked, I order 2 more. Unfortunately, one of them had an issue and stopped performing properly after 2 months. The amazing this is that when I reached out to customer service, Jaina did an amazing job. She responded quickly. We worked through the issue. I live overseas so, they were unable to ship a replacement to me. But, she did refund the amount to my Amazon account to purchase another one. I am so appreciative and I think their customer service has been outstanding. I’d recommend this product 1000x. I use 2 diffusers on the first floor and 1 on the top floor. My entire home smells amazing ALL day. It’s easy to clean. If you were thinking about buying it…this is your sign. Thank you again Jaina. I love it! The lights, the easy function buttons, and light water noise it makes. Overall, its a great device and atheistically pleasing to look at. I bought this for my office desk as its very stuffy. I bought this diffuser on February 5th and on February 20th it broke. However, I reached out to the company directly and they gave me some troubleshooting instructions and also offered me a replacement. I tried to troubleshoot before asking for the replacement, but it seemed I had a defective device. Non the less I let the company know and they had a new diffuser sent within 3 days. Also they have followed up multiple times to ensure the new device works and for updates. The customer service is amazing, and I appreciate the follow ups they’ve provided me. Since then the new device has worked perfectly, just make sure to properly clean your diffuser.

I’ve used diffusers for years. Even with proper & regular cleaning none last forever. This one is pretty, but only lasted one month before it quit diffusing. Also the outside decorative top came apart from the plastic under it. Edit - I contacted the seller and they got back to me immediately. Received a replacement in only a few days. Super kind, reliable, & efficient. Would not hesitate to buy from them again. I unboxed and started the replacement. The top comes off of this one goes on and off very easily. The first one was a super tight fit. The mist is immediately coming out with more volume, aroma, & strength. Very happy it seems different from the start.

Love the style of this one. Love the different color settings you can use and the different lengths of time you can set it to. I got my first one and it worked well for about two weeks then suddenly stopped working. I contacted the company (Jaina was who I was in contact with and they were absolutely amazing) that were quick to respond. They gave me some cleaning tips to try and the tips worked but only for a short period of time. I contacted Jaina again and they quickly sent me a brand new one at no cost to me. So far the new one is working very well. I’m not sure what happened to the first one but I do recommend being very careful with how you clean it as recommended and do as they tell you to. I only gave it 4 stars as I think it shouldn’t have messed up so quickly. I would give many many more stars to the customer service tho and to Jaina in particular as they were so very quick and helpful. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and will buy more products.

Update: The seller very graciously contacted me and sent another for me to try. Since I really do like the length of time that it will run and the look, I am excited to give it another chance. I must say that the company is a good company to deal with and I am hoping that I feel the need to purchase another one for my home. Will report later. I have purchased 2 of these in the last 2 years. They are amazing as they can run for long periods of time without refilling and they have a nice appearance, but both of them had lids that pieces of plastic broke off and the lid parts no longer stayed together.

I absolutely loved this product when I got it in January 2026, but unfortunately it doesn’t last long. The lid literally broke apart and this thing has not been dropped. I’ve done nothing to it. This is considered planned obsolescence so that I am forced to buy another one again. The fact that it did not even last a year is mind blowing. Do not buy this diffuser because the fact that it lasted less than a year completely blows my mind. I do not use it every day and I keep it cleaned out and do everything that it says to do and for it slid to completely disintegrate and break on me is absolutely ridiculous. I have had other oil diffusers that were cheaper than this one last me a couple of years. The top of the lid broke off and you can tell that it literally disintegrated but the other half of the top we can’t even get off so I’m going to attach a picture of exactly what happened. This is ridiculous.

I’m really happy with these essential oil diffusers! They work great in larger rooms and help spread a pleasant fragrance throughout the space. I bought 2 of these. The green one with rose gold around the rim didn’t work after the first couple days it stopped working I tried everything. The black one is slightly different it came with a remote and some oils. It’s been working okay so far. It does not work without the light turned on. I feel like there shouldbean option for it to mist without the light too. I looked at the other 1 star reviews and it looks like most of those were green ones having issues too for some reason. I returned the green one and got a refund and they also sent me a new one for free of a different color. This company has great customer service. Seems like the just have an issue with the green one. The black one works great no issues so far and it’s been a few weeks
