i bought a new bottle bc mine was running low and when they say new formula i didn’t think they meant the ENTIRE FORMULA IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT!! none of the old ingredients are in this and i didn’t realize before i purchased. update: i think this is a dupe, differin did update the formula but it’s not this. this contains sodium benzoate and citric acid which alone are ok but mixed together create benzene which is known to cause cancers like leukemia. that’s just from a simple google search but i’m not comfortable using this especially with adapalene gel. just spend the extra $8 on the differin site to get the real product that works. this isn’t the product they say it is. ... show more

I've been using this cleanser for few years, now my kids are using it too. So far, it is the best product I found for my skin. I love how its not drying or irritating for my face/eyes. Perfect for removing mascara, not leaving any residue around eyes, no stinging. I love it!

    • Miss the old formula
I have used the old formula for over a year and loved it. I tried the new formula and within a few uses my face broke out. Also, after washing your face, your skin is immediately dried out. Now I’m on the search for a new facewash product with my extremely sensitive skin.

If you used differen’s old formula, I don’t believe you will like the new one. It is more of a cream and oily feeling. I had to double check I didn’t buy a moisturizer!
