This is a great set of chisels and priced for somebody who is just getting started and you can get in for cheap... The quality is good, they were very sharp when they arrived I made them even sharper . Half of the set is geared more toward Woodturning than it is chiseling but still a great bargain and comes in a nice roll up package .I have seen other reviews that say that these chisels are not sharp, they are very sharp. The Chisels I received were so new that the lacquer hadn't really hardened up and we're still a little sticky otherwise great set of chisels I would buy again and again and again at this price point...

Not bad not great. Definitely needs to be sharpened to be useful but the variety is there, just plan on putting some time in to sharpen them

The chisels I received are rough ground with uneven or chipped cutting edges. They appear to be made out of some type of cheap metal just a level above pot metal. Chisels were not centered on the handles. I had low expectations for a cheap set of Chinese chisels but these were unusable. By the time you get a usable edge by re sharpening, if you could get one, there wouldn't be an chisel left to carve with. I am an experienced chisel/plane sharpener and I didn't even try with these. If you are a beginner don't think these chisels are the norm. Spend the money and get a decent set.

Bought this set for my husband for Christmas. They came in dull, loose, sticky, and chipped. We are most likely going to be returning them. Husband says it feels like they'll just snap if he uses them. Very disappointed

I bought a wood carving set and they where all chipped and dull. Also they rusted in one day ??? It was for a cheap price but I definitely expected better.... do not recommend.
