Surprisingly good quality chisel, punch and pin set, including a padded tool roll, at an affordable price. These chisels are rough ground so you might want to give them a few passes on a stone before using them. They’re not really designed for precision work but instead are best suited for rough shaping metals, masonry and carpentry type work The punches and pins cover most basic shop tasks and seem fairly heavy duty, though I would not go pounding away on hard steel with any of these tools. You’ll probably break them The sizes are pretty standard for DIY and home metal or woodshop. They seem to hold an edge quite well and are adequate hardness for these types of tools

First time buying Amazon Basics, I usually stick to higher in brands, but the price was right and the reviews were good on this product. For the week that I have had these, I am very impressed with the durability of these so far. I have “put the beans to them” and they’re holding up to the test. Places where I’d usually use an air hammer, they get the job done. Really like the smaller sizes as well for getting pins out, works perfect. So far so good, I’ll update if they break. Also, when rolled up they fit snug in a top drawer. Thinking about making a foam insert like my snap on ones have.

Reviewed in the United States on November 8, 2025 by This product is alright if you want cheap good quality flooring. It’s very durable, but you will need to put a layer of adhesive down to glue it. It peels up with the original sticky side. It is big, I could have covered way more than I did I cut the piece in half to get the front deck on my boat. Overall, good quality, needs better glue, great price.

This punch and chisel set is a really useful addition to my toolbox. The pieces feel solid and well made, and the chrome vanadium steel gives them a good amount of strength for general automotive and DIY work. I like having several different sizes and types in one set, especially the pin punches and center punch. They’ve worked well for removing pins, starting holes, and working on stubborn hardware. The storage pouch is also convenient and keeps everything together instead of having loose punches and chisels all over the toolbox. For the price, this is a very good set for someone who does their own repairs and maintenance. It has the basic pieces I find myself reaching for regularly, and the tools feel like they should hold up well with normal use. I feel like I should dress up like a doctor.

Good for the price. Threw these on work to be disposable, but they’ve held up better than expected. Not the hardest punches I’ve ever had, they will bend before they break. Sometimes bending is preferable to snapping the punch off inside whatever you’re working on though.

Just a good set of tools for not much money. I don't use punches much, but when I do, I like to have durable tools, a variety of tools for every need and in a case so they are all in one place., This fits the bill in all of those.
