Unfortunately, this item came badly damaged. The picture reflects crookedly placed (welded) rods, and a bent rod. On the longer piece, the bars were completely broken off. The delivery was prompt, just beware and check the item asap so there’s time to return.

I being a brunette female managed to assemble this is ease! It’s very simple! I choose the one with just the bars because it’s for my 6year old son. I usually only buy prime products but this was a cool option I couldn’t resist. I like they have different options. The LED lights are really cool options for light show is cool! I love the corner protectors provided. They really thought things through with the Velcro to assist with holding the cords. Super sturdy. They really thought this product through because they even included mattress stoppers (I hope that’s a thing?) helps keep the mattress in place. Now I’m sure you’re wondering why I gave it 4 outta 5 stars, huh? So this could totally not be any fault of the company. It could be assembler error but the drawers won’t slide under together flush. It’s the last photo in the sequence. Maybe I tightened something too tight or not tight enough. I’m just not sure but honestly it’s for a child I’m sure the last thing this kid is worried about is the drawers closing. Just a suggestion for the company. It would be cool if they offered it for the opposite set up. Depending on the room be able to select the back of the bed reversed? Does that make sense? I hope. Either way overall this was well worth the money. It was decently priced. Shipping was fast. Everything was packaged with care.

As you can see from the photos my unit arrived badly damaged on one end and I've spent so much time trying to put this thing together because the directions are horrible that I don't want to return it so I'm going to have to make it work. The welding seems to break easy just during the process of assembling it three of the welds have already broke on some of the rods so I don't expect this to last more than a couple months for my daughter. All in all I cannot recommend this to anyone for really any reason unless you just enjoy problem solving puzzles LOL
