It’s a phenomenal bunk bed. I would give it 6 stars if I could. When I was a kid, I had two sets of bunk beds, and both of them squeaked, rattled, and felt like they might collapse if you moved too much. This one is the complete opposite. Once assembled, it is rock solid—no creaking, no wobble, no annoying noises when someone rolls over or climbs up and down. The build quality is excellent. All the parts fit together cleanly, the hardware feels sturdy, and the finished bed looks great in the room. It feels well-engineered, not flimsy or cheaply made like a lot of bunk beds I’ve seen over the years. Assembly was straightforward with clear instructions, and everything lined up the way it should. Once it was done, I had zero concerns about stability or safety. If you’re on the fence because of past bad experiences with bunk beds, this one will change your mind. It’s quiet, solid, and clearly built to last. I would absolutely buy it again and recommend it without hesitation.

The bed came with easy to follow instructions, it looks great, the kids love it. The only problem, it’s not set up so that ladder can be on the either the right or left, it has to be on the left. So the area in the room I originally wanted had to be changed.

I will start this off by stating, this is a 1 star review. If I could give it 0 stars, no... negative stars, I would. I purchased this bed for my girls. It looks very nice on the website, and I thought it would be helpful with saving space in their small bedroom. Well, the instruction packet is missing pages 9 & 10, which are the first two pages of building instructions. I cannot find any online instruction manuals on this specific bunkbed as well. I went to the DICTAC website (which is awful and not user friendly) and cannot reach the "company" via telephone (the number on the website does not even work.) I have also emailed customer service twice, and both emails were sent back to me saying: "sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address." This is a MASSIVE letdown. I spent a lot of money on a bed that I cannot even begin to put together, and I can't get any sort of assistance from a company that possibly doesn't even exist?! Will not be purchasing a single thing from this God awful company again.

Amazing bed for a 10 year old!! We had her grandma take her overnight for a fun birthday evening, and while she was away, my husband and I put the bed together to surprise her when she got back home. She LOVES IT! A great birthday gift for a growing kid who wants to have slumber parties with friends and her own space to do homework, craft, and play at the desk. She has a small room but the bed fits perfectly and has storage for toys, books, art supplies, etc. It came with a TON of pieces but all were numbered properly and instructions were easy enough to follow. It took a couple hours and teamwork to assemble. One downfall is that the package is very heavy and very long. So heavy and long that the delivery guy couldn't get it to my door without my help. He dropped it 2x that I saw, so I offered to help him because I was worried he would dent or break pieces. The box said "FRAGILE" all over it.. So beware of that possible situation if you do order this bed, and maybe have someone at home when it is being delivered. Anyways.. the bed is very sturdy even without the option they give you to bolt it to the wall if it is assembled properly. The top bunk is quite high and doesn't leave a ton of room between the average 8 foot ceiling in most houses, and beware if there is a ceiling fan near where you place the bed. Lol But all in all, we are so pleased with this, everything was exactly as described and definitely met our expectations. We couldn't pass it up for the price, it is a steal! But beware, there is an $80+ shipping fee that I didn't notice until checkout. The LED lights are a fun little perk also!

This is perfect for what we need it for love it! I gave a five star because it truly is a good product a little wobbley but we can not screw it into the wall. A good thing to know if you live in and apartment Also there was two defect One of the holes to screw the main side that supports the bed frame was not there think goods we had a friend who had a drill to make a hole for the screw And lastly there was a big dent in the main front bar for the top bunk but that could be the delivery people fault

My daughter LOVES her bed! It is beyond what she expected. We actually had a nice time putting the bed together due to easy to understand instructions and I LOVE how sturdy and nice it looks. It SURELY is worth MORE than we paid for it!
