I'm going to write a simple and concise review. The dresser is of great quality and was easy to assemble. However, when assembling the last drawer, they sent a duplicate side, which made it impossible to finish the drawer. This worried me because I thought, "Will I have to disassemble everything and return it, or can customer service resolve the issue?" I contacted customer service and they were very quick to respond. They gave me their full attention and apologized for what had happened. They also apologized for what had happened and asked me if I would be okay with waiting around 30 days for the correct part from China to arrive. They even offered me a nominal fee for the inconvenience. I must admit that at first I didn't believe they would send the part. I didn't accept the symbolic fee for the inconvenience. I just wanted the part to finish the dresser. To my surprise, they sent me an email within 2 weeks with the tracking number for the part that was sent. In a few days, it arrived at my home. I was able to finish the dresser and everything was perfect. I am very pleased with the dresser, and even more so with the customer service experience, it was excellent, I really appreciate it, thanks again

The media could not be loaded. The materials are about as cheap as they come. Mine even came damaged. It comes in a thousand pieces too, so be prepared for that as well. I had a handful of screws that it came with that weren’t even usable as they were blank. The black borders on it as falling off of the pieces before it is even assembled. I finished building it, and the drawers catch on eachother and don’t allow eachother to individually close. I’ve never been so disappointed with a purchase. Giant waste of money, and of course they do not offer refunds! Do NOT buy this item.

The dresser looks very good and while it took a long time to put together the instructions were pretty good. However, the drawers are quite small. They are not very short as well so this dresser will not fit a lot of anything larger.

This dresser was a pain to build. it is pretty sturdy but i either messed up on my side but the smaller drawers are misaligned. there isn't much space for my clothes because of how thick it is but if you have thinner clothes, you can definitely fit more. This has more storage space compared to IKEA and for its price point. Love the white, went for a minimalistic look. functions a bit difficult because clothes get stuck under each drawers. you can definitely open all drawers at once. just note, it is extremely heavy to carry
