This sealant helps create a watertight seal along a roof's edge, air vents, vent pipes, and screw heads. Dicor Products Lap Sealant is a versatile sealant formulated for EPDM roofing but also compatible with most other roofing material, including Dicor DiFlex II, Tufflex, PVC, and PriTEK TPO roofing. It offers excellent adhesion to aluminum, mortar, wood, vinyl, galvanized metal, and concrete. Continuously seals and remains flexible. Color matched, our lap sealants are sun-ray stabilized to avoid discoloration and spoiling and will not stain or discolor any material to which it is applied. The Dicor roofing Systems assures a watertight roof that is easy to maintain and saves energy through its heat reflecting characteristics.

I would give it five stars, but I’m just not sure how well it will hold up yet. I was very impressed with the way you could put it on and it would level itself out and hopefully seep into the seam as well. It made the job look very professional. Time will tell.

Use mineral spirits and a rag to clean/prep surface. This stuff works the best to fix a travel trailer leaking roof seams. Tried other brands, this holds up/sticks the best over the years.

Performed the annual resealing check on my RV. Noticed some cracking in the original adhesive joints. Used this product. My, it was really easy and did self level. The finish was better than when my RV was new. A great product. Gives great finished appearance.
