The center console piece slid in perfectly and I have had no issues with it popping out (I've been using it for about a year now). The piece that goes into the compartment under the armrest also fit perfectly. Now instead of a deep pit where I have to fumble through multiple items, there is a top layer that can hold spare change, cards, documents, or whatever I need quick access to. I downsized to a smaller vehicle when I got the RAV4. These storage trays keep my car neat and orderly. The console organizers fit perfectly in the car and look custom. The center console is great. Nice quality and fit. It creates a hidden space underneath where I keep my wallet - it may even deter a thief! The phone holder that sites below the front controls is a nice place to put your phone, but is a little flimsy. It has held up fine for the last month that it has been in use, but only the left slot is convenient all the time. The right slot is partially blocked by the shifter when in park. When my phone is in the right slot it can be removed when in park mode but it is aggravating, so I rarely use it when I am the passenger.
