This is fragrance free, and I can’t have hardly anything to use on my hands and body for a breakout of itching might happen. This soap is really good and my dermatologist recommended it to me to use instead of bath and body works.

It's very gentle on my hands and it's used multiple times a day in a bathroom. This soap, as some have commented, does seem watery at first, but the directions tell you to squeeze some into hand and then add water as needed. With other soaps, I usually wet my hands first - then dispense soap - lather and rinse & dry. This soap works better if you squeeze some into dry hand so it doesn't run right out, then work into as much of a lather as you can, then add a little water to get more lather, then rinse & dry. At first I too was wasting more of this soap than I had to. If you follow their directions, it works pretty well, but I'm not sure yet whether I'll buy again. The order came with three bottles, so I won't have to decide any time soon. The scent is okay, and it does get your hands clean -- just seems to take a little more effort than other liquid soaps. ... show more
