30 servings for 30 bucks, that's just a bit pricey for me. I don't know if this product is effective or not yet. I hope it is. The problem I have is that it's a little pricey to test and find out. And how do I know if it is working? Something like this DHEA takes a little time to produce results; I would say something like three months is fair. I will continue to take this product until it's finished. I usually feel or see something better in the absence of a product I've been taking. I'll update then. ... show more

    • With DHEA and pregnenolone more is not always better.
This is a hormone precursor stack with DHEA and pregnenolone and a bit of DIM and some hormone related minerals. If you're new to DHEA and pregnenolone i would best recommend that you first try each one separately to see how they feel on you and to get an idea of how much you need as an appropriate serving. As hormone precursors that occupy the same areas (pregnenolone makes DHEA among other things) it's best to get a feel for them separate before stacking them together. I mention all this because the bottles suggested serving of 2 capsules has a high DHEA content (200mg) and a high pregnenolone content (100mg). That might be too much for some people. With DHEA and pregnenolone more is not always better. ... show more

Ashwagandha is one of my favorite supplements for calm and energy. The dosage is very generous - enough, in fact, that you have a decent size dosage just using one capsule instead of the serving of two. It's nice to have vitamin D too as I don't always remember to take it. Mainly, though, I am trying this supplement because I wanted to learn more about/experience pregnenolone. I am starting with a one capsule instead of two as this particular supplement can have some side effects and I would rather build up to a larger dose. Pregnenolone can act as a booster of sorts for other hormones in the body, so if your hormones are out of wack in a bad way this one might not be for you without checking in with a doctor. As for me, I think it is working well as an energy supplement and am happy with it. I will contnue to cycle through this in my routine for beating the afternoon energy slump. ... show more
