In hindsight, I wish I had gotten a different bed, but this is what I got. It has some positive and some negative attributes. Ease of assembly: . I (f) built it by myself over the course of a day. It wasn't difficult, but you do need some brute strength and a drill. . It took me an entire day! It was exhausting. Get help. Seriously. . instructions are entirely without words. Makes for a tedious assembly at times, but once you get some of it finished, it kinda coasts after that. Sturdiness after a month. . A slat has already broken. A leg in the center slips out and causes the center to sag and one of the support legs next to one of the drawers on the side is already broken. I am going to try reinforcing the slats with some boards running vertically, or some plywood. . You will have to get under the bed and retighten screws periodically as the seem to work loose. Don't know what to do about the side support leg yet. This is becoming a never ending project. . The drawers are ok! I like their size and the way they pull out. Just know that they don't have channel grooves and they can float around, even with the little metal pegs meant to keep them from pulling out all the way. Aesthetic It cute, though! It is very aesthetically pleasing. It looks great in my studio apt. I have a theme of gray, cream, and lavender and it anchors it all together. It looks good. Just wish it didn't hurt my back with the sagging center. Overall, would I recommend? Depends on what you're looking for and how you're prepared to mitigate potential issues. Sure, buy it if it suits your needs, just be ready to add some reinforcing boards and to be drilling your little heart out all day. Use 2 batteries if you have them. Definitely need 2 drill batteries. ... show more

Putting this thing together took a long while. Especially the inside legs and the supports that run across hold the bed. I'm not sure the pictures or description says it, but the drawers on the bottom are not on slides, but rather wheels. So they can get jammed when pulling them out. Plus....not having handles or even something to grab to open them is a bit of a pain. Overall, this is definitely not a flimsy frame by any means, but it is a notch down from 5 stars. My biggest recommendation to those looking to buy this would be make sure you have someone to help you lift the boxes and someone to help you assemble it. The exposed sides are pretty heavy. Oh... And if you are prone to kicking the feet on your bed frame at night, invest in something soft to put on the legs of this frame. ... show more

The bed frame comes in 3 boxes, each with many parts, almost none of the parts are labeled and the photo I have included is the only instructions you get which is 1 sheet with almost unreadable pictures, it is the worst piece of furniture that I have ever put together, we did it wrong a couple of times and had to take it apart again to try again, once it was together it seems sturdy and should work out fine, but if there are other options for you I would buy something different! ... show more

It took much longer to assemble this bed due to all the drawers being in need of assembly. The head board has a bit more wiggle room than I would prefer but if you put it against a wall, it's fine. It seems sturdy beyond that. My biggest complaint was how long it took to assemble.

Very beautiful headboard and frame. We love the extra storage. The drawers were a pain to put together but was worth in when finished. Please be aware when buying this product it comes with three boxes for parts in order to assemble! We received two of the three boxes by the delivery date, but the third box never showed. I reached out to the seller and they were very helpful, but the headboard had to be resent. All three boxes will have their own separate tracking numbers and the headboard never made it to the FedEx office the first time. You have to reach out to the sellers to get all the tracking info. So I had to wait another week before all my parts got to me. Keep this in mind before you start assembly. ... show more
