Compared to silk sheets or even satin, these bamboo-based sheets are a great contender. They are consistently cool to the touch, they feel silky yet soft at the same time, and there's none of that "sharp sheer" feel that some silk sheets have. (Sorry, I don't have a better way to describe that.) They are a set that you do need to put on the bed immediately after they are dry though. Leaving them in a heap after they dry will very much create a wrinkly mess. And I will say that they will wrinkle pretty well over time on the bed. I LOVE THESE SHEETS. THEY ARE REALLY COOL AND COMFORTABLE. SINCE I SHARE MY BED WITH MY HUBBY, THREE DOGS AND SOMETIMES THE KIDS JUST TRYING TO GET COMFORTABLE IS A MAJOR ORDEAL. THESE SHEETS ARE GREAT. I JUST SLIDE INTO BED AND AS LONG A I DON'T MOVE AN INCH I AM GUARANTEED AT LEAST THREE TO FOUR HOURS OF SLEEP UNTIL ONE OF THE DOGS NEEDS TO GO OUT OR SOMEONE NEEDS A GLASS OF WATER OR WORSE CASE SCENARIO THERE IS A BAD DREAM INVOLVED (THAT IS USUALLY MY HUBBY). Got these in King size. Washed before first use. These are my first bamboo sheets (and in doing a little reading on bamboo sheets ... and as the seller does say ... these are actually rayon sheets). Pros ... I really like the color of these sheets. They are very silky (in both look and feel) out of the packaging. Even after the first wash they are still silky (but a bit less so). They feel cool and comfortable to sleep on. Cons ... After washing/drying they lose some (not all) of the silkiness. The lint filter on the dryer had a lot of French Blue lint ... more than other sheets (non-bamboo ... so not apples to apples and maybe this is normal for bamboo sheets?) I've bought in the past. They also feel a bit on the thin side. My wife made the comment ... "they don't feel lux". I don't feel a big difference between these and the cotton sheets we also use. Do with that what you will. These lightweight bamboo sheets definitely feel cooler that cotton. I washed them in cold before using, as instructed on the tag. I dried them on low and removed them right away, leaving them wrinkle-free and ready to use. I have an 11" mattress and a 1.5" topper. The sheets fit, but there wasn't quite as much leeway as I have becomes accustomed to with deep pocket sheets. That being said, they have not come off of the mattress while we've been using them. And the pretty French Blue sheets look great on the bed. I did notice a LOT of wrinkling after use, but my bed is made during the day, so it's not visible. But if it bothers you when your sheets wrinkle, these may not be for you. I run hot at night, and these sheets are certainly cooler than my others. I am certainly going to order additional bamboo sheets. These sheets will stay in my regular rotation, but any additional sheets I order will probably have a deeper pocket. ... show more

These sheets are very silky soft, cooling and comfortable. I really love the light blue color as well. My only issue is the pockets aren't very deep and keep slipping off the corners. Decent deal at this price point. but I won't be purchasing again because the pockets aren't deep enough for me.

    • For the money, I do really like them. Get a set of sheet straps if you have a modern thick mattress.

First things first, if you have a new, tall mattress, you might want to pick up a set of sheet straps and you might also want to order a larger size set than you need. Straps will be a life saver for keeping the fitted sheet on your mattress. I actually ordered a queen set for my full bed plus I also use the fitted sheet straps for this very reason. Based on the queen dimensions, I'm pretty confident that a full set would not have fit my mattress. The rayon fabric is nice. I'm new to bamboo sheets, this is my second set, and I'm enjoying the feel and weight of them. They are silkier than my usual preferred 100% cotton, but I still like them. The only downside that I am seeing so far is that they seem to fuzz up slightly in the wash. That might soften up a bit over time with more launderings. But for now, the sheets have an almost brushed appearance after the first wash, which I wasn't really expecting. I'm assuming the fibers in the yarns loosened up a little. But again, I'm new to bamboo rayon, and that might be totally normal. For the price, they're at the very least nice enough for an extra set of sheets. Just watch out if you have a tall mattress. ... show more

These sheets feel amazing. They are so soft and silky. I've loved sleeping on them, there is just one major flaw... there is no added corner protection so these are coming loose after every sleep. I have re-adjust them daily and that is so annoying. They should put extra elastic bands on the corners to help them stay better, and then they'd be perfect! ... show more
