This is an ADORABLE bed. We shopped for quite a while before settling on this one; we really wanted the extra storage space while also keeping our cats out from under our bed (last one was a high platform bed). We purchased the king size and decided to only use our mattress. The bed only came with 5 slats, so we added in the ones from our old bed (see pic I included). It’s pretty sturdy for the flirty, but I wouldn’t pull super hard on the headboard, if ya know what I mean. The drawers are very sturdy and great on their wheels, but they don’t have a track, so they just wheel out, which is fine. Our mattress fit perfectly. There is a small gap at the base just big enough for cat toys to disappear forever lol. The instructions: stare at those pictures. Reread. Take it slow. Have a drink beforehand, because the instructions are super unclear and you’ll be anxiety-filled. It’ll take a few hours to put together with two people, but it’s easy once you get that first drawer and understand how it all works. So far, my husband and I have had a few great nights of sleep in a REALLY cute bed. I’d 100% recommend this purchase. I will follow up in 6-12 months with an update.

The media could not be loaded. I bought king mattress, so wanted nice new king bed. So I ended up purchasing this one. Bed looks beautiful and so far no complaint, but head board is little shaky. Things you need to know, wish I knew before start assembling it. Bed comes in three different boxes with three different tracking numbers. When in Amazon you’ll receive only one tracking. So I receive 2 boxes completely unaware of 3rd one and started assembling. Which led to frustration because of incomplete parts. So I went back and forth with Amazon customer service and finally received email from seller saying there is one more box is on the way. Again 3rd box was missing some parts, and I had to reach seller again. Their customer service was nice so they sent me parts right away. I appreciate their help. One more thing you need to buy is bed support slats. Bed has no support for mattress. Thanks to other reviewers I purchased “Zinus Annemarie Solid Wood Bed Support Slats” and worked wonder. It is little pricey but putting bed frame would make bed extremely high, and was no for me. So overall it was little hectic process I had. Definitely needs helping hand for assembling. But at the end bed turned out beautiful as expected. I’m happy with final looks.

Had to buy more wood to reinforce the bottom frame- happens with this type of construction l. Family had same issue with another bed with same construction . Otherwise I do love the bed

I paid for assembly for this bed and so far it’s very sturdy. I love it! It’s beautiful! The drawers are great quality and fit a lot of stuff. I took a long time to decide on a bed and I’m really glad I went with this one! Now I need new sheets and pillows. :)

My parents wanted bed frame with soft edges because they don’t want to run into corners, storage, and a nice cushion headboard. Only thing was that it didn't include slates to support the mattress so we needed to get that separate. Looks really nice but beware that it will smell for weeks of wood and whatever material they use. Like getting a new memory foam mattress.

I love the look but already knew from the photos and the great price that I would have to beef up and add supports, so I did and it’s great now. Don’t recommend buying it without that plan in mind. The original supports failed for about the first 2 weeks I had it, too flimsy.
