The door panels use Velcro stitched in to hold them to the frame. These pulled loose and the integrity of the shelter has been compromised. I have attempted to contact the seller through amazon CS. I am waiting to hear from the seller as I have no message from them yet. Both end doors have the same issue. I am looking for replacement panels. 1/18/24 update: I am happy to say, Kevin with DEXSO US has corrected the issue by replacing the side and end panels. I would like to thank Kevin for the prompt attention he gave us in correcting the issues we had. ... show more

Carport was a good value for the money. I added 40 metal grommets and ball bungies to the end panels and I added lateral supports to the tube structure. It is nice and roomy with plenty of space to get my full size Ford PU in/out.

We bought ours to use on our deck and we absolutely love it! It protects us from all of the elements. We kept the side walls off and hung shades to have the open concept. The neighbors loved it so much they're buying one for their deck to!

The hooks that hold the corner flaps to the bottom of the hole are plastic and break easily. The side pieces and front and rear pieces dont connect leaving a gap that air can blow through and the tiedowns are a joke. 30 min after I put it toegther a gust of wind blows it over out over$380 dollars its not worth it. ... show more

This thing is mids at best. The frame is the only decent part of the whole tent. Out of the box the tarps had damaged areas that were sure to let water through on the ceiling. I let that go and decided I could live with it but once erecting the tent I learned the dark secret of this unit. The zippers are absolute trash… I’ve had $10 Walmart hoodies with better zippers. As we speak multiple doors are blown open and it is impossible to close the anything. I’ve had this thing for 2 weeks and it’s done nothing but make me angry. ... show more

    • Not very "strong" compared to my others
I have 3 portable units like this one and first wind 1 month after setting up, we had had 3 poles bend to where we are trying to determine if it will even last the winter. The unit directly next to it, different manufacturer, held up fine as did my 3rd in a gulch (2 season for that one). This is for our boat, so a bit nervous. The tarp sections seem OK, really long so have to roll up but glad it wasn't fully extended with the wind we had, pretty sure it'd be a total loss vs partial. ... show more
