We have a 60 lb golden doodle and when he comes in from running around the yard after a good rain, sometimes his feet are muddy! I don’t have a mud room so before I take him in i fill the container with warm or cool water and grab an old rag. One paw at a time, I dip his paw into the water a few times. Then i wipe the paw with the rag. A little effort , but he enjoys the attention and my carpet stays cleaner. I used this last night on our pup who likes to dig in her kennel. I wasn't sure if it wouldn't be easier to just throw her in the shower to wash her feet off, but I gave this a try. I wasn't sure if was working because I did not check her feet before I used it. Her feet came out relatively clean, but the truth was told when I dumped the water out in the sink! Boy was it dirty! Loved this MudBuster. I am glad I ordered the right size for my Husky and Rottweiler based on the site's size suggestion. Their paws fit right in and sparkly cleaned afterwards. I left it in front of the door and wipe their paws before they get inside the house. Very useful. Help keep the house clean. One suggestion to the buyer is to add a handle for easy usage, specially for the large size because with water on, it becomes heavy and hard to hold without a handle. So what I did was to order on Amazon a handle with Velcro of the same color to wrap around it, and it stayed very well, which helped a lot on the task for eight paws every day after a walk. When first opening the box my initial thought was maybe should have gotten the smaller one. On first use with my 60lb mud monster it went up to her elbow which is actually fantastic since she is a mud bath enthusiast every single day. With my 80lb Danity bulldozer of a pup he tolerated it but it got the mud out from his deep paw pads. Still had to wipe down their paws but 1000% better than having chunks of mud falling off of the sacrificial towel of the day and then sweeping up what feels like half my backyard each night. 100% recommend for dog owners with mud pit backyards. Only downside if you have small hands like me it's hard to hold and twist, setting it on the ground after convincing your dog to put their paw in it since they don't want to part from their mud collection and then twisting it from the top makes it easier. ... show more

Pretty simple design, but works like it should. Little bigger around than I thought it would be. I imagine the large one might be hard for people with small hands to grip. We built a new house and the back yard has some drainage issues. Almost every time our pups go out, they come back with muddy paws so we have been trying everything to cut down the dust In our home. This product works, but if you’re dealing with a lot of mud or more than one pup, you’ll be changing the water a lot. That said it definitely helps and it has been a good purchase. Next to the powerful hair dryer and a crate.. this is the best invention ever for a dog. He will come in all muddy and let’s me scrub his paws and seems to really like it. Just don’t fill it too full and dump it after each paw. Big time saver.
