This jacket is going to be very nice in the cold weather. Very good quality however it is just a bit heavy. This is too be expected with all of the areas of heating. Has nice exterior pockets and extremely wind and water resistant. Only issue is that it doesn't have any inside pockets other than the one that holds the battery.

I hate being cold and I hate having too much stuff on. Winter is hard for me. Which led me to find the perfect jacket. I decided to try Dewbu after an extensive search and here are my takeaways. Heats up fast and works great for cold, rainy days. Waterproof material kept me dry in the middle of a winter slush/rain shower. I bought the black jacket in size medium. I’m 5’10 , 180lbs. The fit for me was perfect. The fit is true to size, so if you wear heavy sweatshirts or sweaters, may want to consider a size up. It looks great , simply styling - comes with removable shoulder Velcro patches that you can peel off. Cuffed sleeves. The hoodie provides more than enough cover and doesn’t look unnecessarily large - you can actually roll it up and store it away however it does not detach. Has deep zippered pockets for your hands that has key hooks/loops and your collar drawstrings so you never have to take your hands out. Also has zippered pockets on the sleeves - another cool feature to keep something within reach but tucked away. Comes with a battery pack that will last at least 8 hours on low. Battery will take awhile to charge so having an extra one on hand isn’t a bad idea. Since I bought a heated hoodie from them as well so I used the batteries interchangeably. They also offer a car 12v plug using the vehicle’s battery for power; no more freezing while car is warming up. A lot of people have come up to me about the jacket - the glowing on/off button usually catches their eyes. If they are lucky enough I let them try it out! Can’t recommend enough. Looking l forward to trying more of Dewbu’s items and what they have to offer

Comfortable and works great, I use it for my HVAC work. Its not encumbering too. Being able to remove the patches is also very helpful, as I dont have to worry about losing them throughout the day when I put my toolbag over my shoulders. Being machine washable is also great since it gets dusty where I work sometimes. The battery lasts a long time, I got another battery to charge that one while I use it when its low, since the plug on the jacket is a certain way to avoid accidental damage, I just put it in my sleeve pocket and run the wire inside so it dosent get In the way

i waited a few years before giving my review and here is what i found: overall it is a good jacket, i have never owned a heated jacket before so i can't compare it to another, Pros: toughness: i fell off a skateboard doing 32 mph and it didnt have a scratch unlike myself water resistance: i usually like this jacket when it's raining, it is pretty water resistant but keep in mind it is not waterproof. wind resistance: i bought this for a e-bike i souped to do 53 mph, acted basically as a heated windbreaker pretty effectively. Heat: the heating element works great, 3 settings, i recommend starting on high and once warm lowering it down as much as you can to preserve the battery, holds the heat pretty well lasted nearly 3 years Battery charging: compatible with type c chargers, i can't say all fast chargers work, but i know the one for my chromebook worked effectively on it. cons: Battery life: battery will probably last 2 or 3 hours if you leave it on high function, it will automatically lower the setting once after 5 or 10 minutes, but when i was out riding my ebike in winter i would keep it on high, so i would need to recharge it pretty much daily. longevity: this could go either way on what you expect from this as when i bought it, it had good reviews and relatively cheaper than the others on amazon, i've gone through 2 and half to 3 winters / years with it and it has never let me down, but about a month ago i can't get it to stay on, most of the time when i have the battery plugged into my jacket now the color scheme that indicates the setting spazzes through all the settings until it sits on white, which i am guessing is the color code for something being wrong, red is high, blue medium, green low. if i play with it sometimes i can get it to stay on for a bit, but i will often look down and it will be off with a full charge, i can't say if it is the internals of the jacket or the battery or the connecting between the two. overall i am happy i bought it and it was extremely useful to me when i didn't have a car, i still use it in the car. turn it on in the house and it keeps me warm on the car ride until the heat picks up in 5 or 10 minutes.

Very nice. I went with one size up from my normal size and it fits great, and gives a little room to let the heat circulate. Warms up quickly. Plenty of pockets, draw strings, the hood rolls up an secures nicely with velcro. It's a great jacket for the price. ☆One thing☆ noticed after wearing the jacket. Don't know if it's a feature or not. After wearing the jacket and turning it off the next time / day it wouldn't turn on when pressing the button. Had to unplug the battery and plug it back in, then it would turn on. No biggie I would still recommend the jacket. The battery life is strong. Wore it for several hours checking out the different heat settings, an only used 25% . When i use it i didn't have to have it on all the time. But I would say the battery would last a good 10 hrs on low. And I didn't need to keep it on the high setting @ 140° cause it did get really warm. Battery takes a while to charge & it does show in % the remaining charge. I'm very pleased with the jacket and would recommend it to anyone.
