  • Great finish
Style: 60-Tooth
More teeth, better the finish! I was building an outdoor shower and a couple hundred cuts. This thing cut treated lumber like butter and the tear out was ZERO (I didn’t plow through it like some seem to do). Accurate and straight, no flex in the blade during cut. Project complete and this blade looks like it has thousands of cuts to go. The build up from the treated lumber was minimal and I just cleaned it up. Other than the yellow being worn a bit, teeth still look REALLY good! If you do carpentry for a living, may not last as long for you as you have MANY more cuts to do. For me, great finish and will last for many projects. But I also have a Dewalt 12” sliding duel bevel for the really big jobs. This was for my Dewalt cordless 7-1/4 and worked like a dream for me! ... show more

  • Fits Dewalt 20V sliding compound miter saw.
Style: 40-Tooth
Nice and smooth from first to last cut of the day. Done hundred of cuts and the blade is still sharp.

  • Worthwhile improvement over stock 40T blade
Style: 60-Tooth
I used this to replace the heavily used stock 40T blade in my Dewalt cordless miter saw. The original blade was OK for 2x4 and 2x6 framing but had some objectionable tearout on narrow trim and moldings that became more noticeable as the blade became worn. 60T blade is a large improvement, almost no splintering or tearing even when used 'incorrectly' on finish side of trim. I don't usually buy Dewalt branded blades but am pleased with this one. ... show more

  • Flimsy Blade
Style: 60-Tooth
This blade seems to cut fine with minimal tear out and such. My complaint is that it is just too flimsy. It's probably fine for thin stock but for 2X stock where you're shaving off a small amount to fine tune a cut, the blade just deflects due to overall thinness of it. I’m sure they make them that thin to maximize battery runtime, but I’d rather sacrifice that for better cuts. There are better thin kerf blades that are alot stiffer than this one for the Dewalt battery powered miter saw. ... show more

  • Good secondary "rough work" blade
Style: 24-Tooth
I knew it would be a rougher cut than the stock 40T blade, but it also seemed to deflect slighty while cutting. It's good if you're gonna be cutting some rougher dirty wood and you value speed over precision. For other cuts, stick with the stock 40t or optional 60t.

  • Very smooth, easy cuts on softwoods
Style: 40-Tooth
Maybe I waited too long to replace my blade, but when I put this in it was like I was using a laser - no effort required to cut through white pine boards! We will see how long it lasts, but all indications are this is a go-to for me.
