I own over 30 Dewalt products some are very good and some are meeting. However this impact driver is a good piece equipment. It's very reliable and it's my daily driver on jobs it comes in handy when working in tight spaces. It's powerful enough for me and what I need to do. The Product met my expectations but the packaging did not. It did not come in a Dewalt box or package of any kind which makes me suspicious of whether it was used or refurbished. It was placed loosely in a brown cardboard box larger than the product. You could tell it was bouncing around in shipment due to the dents on the inside of the box. There was nothing absorbing the forces from movement. Thank goodness Dewalt makes a rugged driver! It appears to work. A little crushed paper or bubble wrap would have been nice! ... show more
