I was hesitant to buy a 20v saw, but this one delivers. It comes with an 8ah battery which works flawlessly with the saw. I used this saw building a large platform for our water tank and I never had to recharge it! One caution: the blade angle setting needs to be set carefully to 90 degrees. I presumed the blade would be at 90 when all the way to the extent of the guide, but that was off by about 3 degrees. Make sure you check this angle first. Really like this kit! This one you can't beat with the 8 AMP battery. I have noticed reviews about this saw (Seems left handed) it really is, if you are using a skill saw brand. this blade is on the other side of the saw. Once you get used to it, it is easer to use.
