This works well for my deck to have some much needed storage. If you are looking for an inexpensive option, this is decent. One thing I will warn is that the instructions are a bit hard to follow, particularly for the bottom portion attachment. I was baffled for 10 minutes why I couldn't get it to attach and click. Incredible customer service! Got exactly what I ordered, although there was a bit of a snafu in the beginning at not fault of the seller. FedEx lost the package, had me open a ticket, then closed the ticket without a resolution. I reached out to the seller and told them what happened and they shipped a replacement, which they definitely didn't have to do since the lost package was not their fault. The replacement arrived very quickly and this was super easy to assemble, although there were a couple snaps that I wasn't heavy enough to get to latch. bought a few different kinds of lower-end lower-priced outdoor storage boxes and I like this one the most, is the most sturdy of them so far, and of this shape (long rectangle vs square or tall rectangle) this one did not instantly freaken bow out in the front-middle and need me to add a strap to hold it like the other box I go in this shape >_< and the little casters while they do get the job done it is kind of just barely since they are not actually wheels they don't handle much (they have not broken on me but I feel like I need to be careful with dragging the box around) ... show more

Very easy to assemble because each piece is stamped with a letter that corresponds to the instruction sheet. Good looking too. I placed some of those moving casters under it and I can slide it around my patio with ease when I am power washing the patio.

I received a damaged part on arrival, then I requested to return the product or a replacement part. This third party vendor offered no free shipping back label for damaged parts but did supply a return to label. The lowest price shipping cost for me to return the product far exceeded the initial purchase price (because of the weight and large box size). In addition this product is NOT GUARANTEED a full refund but rather a partial refund or the vendor May be able to provide a replacement part. After telling the vendor this product was not being returned I was offered a replacement part. After receiving the replacement part the box was assembled with ease. It is a bit whimpy but useful.
