This is the second product I have brought form this company and am pleased to say it is perfect. The assembly is a little difficult and will take a few hours but the instructions were easy to follow and once put together it looks great. The chairs are sturdy and comfortable with the cushions provided. The stools can be used as extra seating or a foot rest and again are very sturdy. This patio furniture set looks great. The pieces are sturdy yet light enough to move around. Assembly is very straightforward, although the nine pieces do take some time to assemble (I’d say it took me 10 minutes or so per piece on average—very reasonable but does add up to 1.5-2 hours). The price is very reasonable. The table is perfect size for 4 people having dinner, a bit cramped for 6 and quite cramped for 8. The one frustrating thing is that the chair legs will tear up your deck if you don’t put rubber end caps on them. I bought a set of 24 rubber end caps from Amazon (3/4 inch) for like $15, and it solved the problem. But the manufacturer could have easily taken care of that on their end. UPDATE: They responded quickly that a third box would be arriving the next day and it did, with all the missing pieces. The set looks pretty good. The build quality is just okay and at times it took significant effort to get the pieces aligned enough that the bolts would fit where they were supposed to. I was a little disappointed to see some surface rust in the joints right out of the box but for the most part this is good set of patio furniture. It's reasonably sturdy, well priced, and looks as nice as it does in the pictures. We're missing the entire table, all but two of the cushions, and the instructions. I'll update if the rest of the dining set arrives. Two boxes were delivered today with 3 C1s, 6 C2s, 4 each of B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, and C3, along with the nuts and bolts and two cushions. Maybe there's another box or two out there somewhere with the rest of the patio set but UPS says this is everything. I can't even tell if I should expect more boxes since the each of the boxes said "1 of 1" and had different tracking numbers but they only sent me one tracking number and it matches one of the boxes that arrived. Was looking for a small patio set with more seating. This is a nice set. Fast shipping and easy assembly along with a great look. Comes in three boxes, recieved the table one day and all the chairs the next. Easy assembly and looks fabulous. Very pleased with the sturdy design, the dark glass top is beautiful. Very happy with delivery and quality. Perfect size for this particular outdoor deck. I did change out the cushions for the main chairs with backs to compliment other outdoor patio furniture color schemes. The eggshell colored cushions are ok but to thin for comfort and my taste. Did use them for the ottoman/stool pieces. The glass top gets very hot in the sun. I keep it covered with a rubber mat (also protects from unexpected hail that Colorado gets in the summer) to keep cool and protect till use. Then open umbrella to cover when in use because of how hot to the touch it gets. Definitely would not suggest anyone >250 lbs sit in the wicker chairs- not because they aren’t sturdy - the are probably up to 275 or 300. However, The chairs with arm pieces would be a bit snug for someone >230 lbs. Had a guest approx 220 and it was ok..just a tid bit snug...no complaints but I could see a person getting stuck or seat still attached if they stood up. ... show more

This set is OK, about what I'd expect for the price. Pros: It's compact, which works well for our small space. We don't have room for a larger set so I like that the ottomans can be used as seats for kids or smaller people if needed. I wouldn't use them like that all the time but it's convenient in a pinch. It's lightweight and easy to move. Assembly was pretty easy. It's convenient to tuck everything in after using. It's nice to have a dining set that doubles as a conversation set. Cons: I don't know how well it will hold up. We got this to replace a 12 year old bistro height dining set that's still in good shape. This isn't quite as durable and probably won't last as long. Although the set is easy to move, it's a little clunky to pull the chairs in and out to sit at the table, especially on a rug. It's because of the way it tucks together, not really a problem with the set itself. It's ok for us but could be annoying for someone getting up a lot or if you have kids who need help pulling their chair in. Having the legs in the middle makes it more likely to tip. Kids tend to put their weight on the table to help reach across. You definitely have to be mindful of this. Overall I'd say we're happy with it for the price. Given that we were replacing a set that's in good shape, I probably should have shopped around a bit more. I wouldn't recommend this if you have small kids. ... show more

This review is for the 11 piece set. I originally ordered the 9 piece set, but the company contacted me stating that the 9 piece was on backorder. They offered to send me the 11 piece set at no additional charge, and I accepted. It arrived quickly and without issue. The set is small, and the cushions are thin. However, we have a small space to work with, and this set allows us to have a nice looking and sturdy outdoor seating area. The glass does get hot in the sun, but we purchased an amazon basics rectangular cover, and it works great to keep it clean and keep the top cool when not in use. It was easy to put together, but one cushion was ripped, and one seat back had stripped screw holes. I contacted the company regarding these issues, and they immediately sent us new pieces at no charge. I’d absolutely order this set and from this company again. ... show more
